Private Personal Information Collected in the United States

All financial institutions are required by law to have in place policies regarding the collection and disclosure of information considered to be "nonpublic personal information." Kenwan Global is considered a financial institution under this law.

We obtain private personal information about our customers from information that customers on transaction forms and applications. This information is necessary to facilitate the customer's transactions. We do not collect private personal information about our customers from any other sources.

Kenwan Global Payment Systems, Inc. ("Kenwan Global") is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of its users. Kenwan Global applies those principles and practices to all personally identifiable information originating outside the United States. We collect names, addresses, and telephone numbers of recipents to facilitate payment. Depending on the amount of money that you are transferring , we may also ask for additional identification.Kenwan Global uses the personal information it collects to complete your transaction, deal with any problems that may arise in affecting the
transaction, to insure good service and prevent fraud and abuse.

Kenwan Global will not sell, rent, lease or exchange your personally identifiable information with others. Your personally identifiable information may be disclosed agents for business purposes and other purposes required by law. Kenwan Global affiliates and agents are governed by this privacy policy with respect to the use of this data and are bound by the appropriate confidentiality agreements.
